Either get yourself a nice, fuel-sipping sedan, a hybrid like the Toyota Prius and Camry or you venture into the exciting world of fully electric vehicles. You could always get that snazzy electric scooter you’ve seen your neighbor on a few times. But the thought of zipping down the street with arms full of groceries in the rain exactly doesn’t seem like the most practical thing in the world, so scratch that. Now that we’ve narrowed down the options to vehicles of the four-wheeled variety, we have a decision to make. But first, let’s break down some of the differences between the three types of Eco-friendly vehicles to help you make an informed decision on which one is right for you. Summertime is Road Trip Time

Summertime is Road Trip Time

The first day of summer is just around the corner. Most of the COVID-19 restrictions have been reduced or eliminated. It’s time for a road trip. Some of my favorite road trip destinations include Annapolis, MD, Harpers Ferry, WV, and Skyline Drive. Annapolis, MD is just a quick ride out Rt. 50 Annapolis, the Capitol of Maryland, is on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay and water is what this city is all about. The US Naval Academy is in the city and there are many waterways to explore. The Bay or one of the many rivers, streams, creeks, and bays that feed into it Chesapeake Bay, you can hire a boat for the day and have lunch on the water! If you’re not into sailing, there are a number of tour boat options or you can hire anything from a kayak or paddleboard to a seafaring fishing boat complete with gear and crew to have a go at catching your dinner. Back on land, try some local seafood specialties, oysters, rockfish, and crab are staples and you've got to give them a ... read more
