This was my first time visiting Charles Automotive & Tire. I loved the experience. Everyone was so nice and I got there before my 8AM oil change at 7:56AM and was greeted warmly and offered refreshments. And they took my car and started. They ended right on the hour just like what was told to me. Before leaving was given an estimate for other work I need done and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All and all was a great experience and warm welcome.

I’ve been here twice and each time the workers are very nice and not pushy. They do a good job of explaining everything and giving a reasonable time estimate for the work you need.

They were efficient, honest, and didn't try to upsell me because I'm a woman. They informed me of what I needed in terms of upcoming maintenance and treated me with respect.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change this morning, and at a great price, I might add. I gave the service advisor my keys at 8:45, and 24 minutes later, my car was ready. They didn't just check my oil; they inspected my car as well, and they didn't tell me that I needed any bogus repairs. I only drive about 3,000 miles a year, so it'll be a while before I need another oil change, but in the meantime, if I need any other maintenance, I'll definitely be back. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon because I had a nasty grinding sound from a piece of my plastic undercarriage dragging on the ground after being loosened by puddles from a bad storm. I expected having to drop it off at least overnight and a good-sized bill. Instead, the mechanics here quickly looked underneath and removed the piece within 20 minutes. My bill? Nothing! The team was definitely helpful and knowledgeable - next time I have a car issue, I'll be returning here.

I’ve been using Charles Automotive when it began with the original ownerCharles, and it was called Charles Toyota. That’s more than 10 years. The work is professionally done in a timely manner and fairly priced. Staff is knowledgeable and considerate.
