Went in to repair a flat tire. I didn't schedule an appointment, so I was told to wait for approx. 1hr. After 30 min, I received a text that my car was ready to meet its driver. I thank Charles Auto for the prompt and professional service. I'll definitely come back.

Charles Automotive was recommended by a friend when I was told by a local car dealership's service center that I needed new wheel bearings. Charles Automotive offered a lower price to do the work so I took the car in to them. Before changing the wheel bearings, they check everything and told me the noise I was hearing was likely caused by rust on the rotors, since it had been a while since I had driven the car. They recommended that I not change the bearings. In addition, they charged me exactly ZERO dollars for this inspection. They return the car promptly to me. About a week later, the battery died on another car I own and they replaced it promptly. In addition to good service, they called with updates and didn't leave me hanging. I will be returning to them they next time I need service.

Before driving a long distance on the coming Memorial Day weekend, I took a courtesy inspection. Surprisingly they did not charge me anything !!! Can you believe that? I appreciate their sincere and professional services and definitely come back again in the future.
