Someone from the shop noticed I had a flat tire while parked near their shop and offered to take a look at it. Because I was from out of town, I chose not to have them complete the work. They changed the stem on the tire and told me what needs to be done. Thanks to their kindness and wonderful service, I got back on the road safely and arrived home with no further problems. And there was no charge. Thanks guys!

The guys at Charles Automotive were awesome! Charlie, Fidel & Jordan were super helpful and were able to resolve issue with my trunk quickly. I will be coming back, they won me over with their professionalism and kindness. It’s hard to find a trusted automotive repair shop nowadays but I truly believe I found it here at Charles. See you guys again soon!

Came in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Super nice people and quick as well. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Charles Automotive. They took care of my oil change in a snap. They also gave me quotes for future service needs they observed my car will need down the road, but were not pushy about me getting those services on the spot. They are efficient and professional, and I plan to go to them again in the future!
