located the shop through Groupon for a discounted synthetic oil change called and was scheduled at 730a. received courteous attention. shop also shared recommendations on fixes that needed to be completed by the seller before my 60 day tags expired. waiting room was clean and fresh coffee was available. car service was completed and my coupon discount was honored. it was also within 15 mins of my home location. Keep up the good work. Stay trustworthy

Went to Charles Automotive for an oil change that I'd purchased through Groupon. The waiting room and the general area was very clean. Coffee and tea set up for customers. Staff were professional and friendly. With an advance appointment it took one hour for the oil change. Staff had recommendations for what the vehicle was due for but they did not make a hard sale.

They charged out the wazzoo to fix stuff on my car and it ended up being harder to drive than before. They let me take it in again to fix whatever they did to it at no extra cost, but still, 3 hrs out of my day wasted. My dad loves this place though.

Fast and professional work! I went there before they close, and they get the work done surprisingly fast! Awesome place!
