I showed up with no notice and this shop was super accommodating, helpful, quick and fair. Great communication as well. It’s important to me to support independently owned shops and this shop gave me a great experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent and over-and-beyond customer service. I used them for the first time and they were so responsive and so kind. They helped me out without trying to add in some other services that I wasn't looking for. They just focused on exactly what I needed. I will def use them again!! As a plus, they fixed my tire and put air in all my tires without costing me anything. Who does that these days? :) True lifesavers!

They know how to do the job well but are expensive - $500 for 2 brake pads and rotors for an accord.

I've been taking my two cars here for servicing for a few years now. The price is always fair and the service is great. But most importantly, the staff is consistently honest and helpful. As our driving habits changed, they've recommended different regular maintenance schedules - an honest answer despite meaning less regular business for them. (Original review updated 4 years later - still great!)

It is nice to have folks take the time to explain things, your options and be patient with your decisions. A Honest business!
