Great service, great prices, great people!!! How often do you get to say that about an auto shop?!

I LOVE Charles Auto and have been taking my car there for years. They are very fair, don't take you for a ride, and will let you know what repairs are essential or can wait. Greg is awesome and I highly recommend this place to any and everyone I can!

I bought my car in since my sunroof was leaking water whenever it rained. They realigned a seal that was sticking out as well as cleaned out the drainage channel, and INSISTED on no charge since the repair was so minor (so I just left a tip). They were also extremely upfront that this may or may not fix the problem, and if not, I would have to bring it back in and the sunroof may need to be replaced. They were also extremely professional and polite, honest, took their time explaining things to me, and did an excellent job communicating the status of my car at all times. Additionally, their pickup and drop-off procedures are very flexible. Overall, my experience could not have been better!

I have been going to Charles automotive for about 15 years, ever since my Lexus was out of warranty. They are honest, they tell me what repair is necessary now, or what can put off till the next oil change, or what we can just live with based on the age of the car. They are very very trustworthy, respectful, professional, and personable. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.
